U9 & U10 Divisional Cups

As you are no doubt aware the U9 and U10 Divisional Cups start this Saturday.

Managers need to take a copy of their team sheet together with the relevant registration cards to all games played to verify the players. Please remember that you are unable to change the boys/girls between your teams and that you may only take up to 10 players to each match as per our Mini-Soccer rules.  The committee will be making spot checks to make sure only the registered players on your team sheets are played.  Amanda has a copy of all the team sheets if you should need a copy please contact her directly.

Reporting results. Team sheets should be completed in the usual way on Mitoo except, you will be unable to put in your final score in the usual way. You can input your goal scorers but you will be given a warning that goals should add up to nil. Please ignore this comment as the committee will be confirming the result.

County Cup Results

Can I please remind Clubs that all County Cup results must be emailed or text to the relevant fixture secretary by 6pm on the day of the match.  There are still a few teams forgetting to report these results.

Postponed Matches

We had our first weekend of quite a few postponed matches just before Christmas; please can the home team remember to email or text their relevant fixture secretary why the match had to be postponed.  Fixture secretaries will postpone the match on the Mitoo website with the relevant reason why, only matches that are postponed due to Non-Fulfilment will receive a PRN Number.  Teams do not need to complete a match card for postponed matches.

League Directory

There have been many changes to the League Directory in the last few months.  When a change has been made a note informing clubs of a change will appear, on the front page of our website, please can you ask your teams to check the directory regularly for changes.
