Dear Member Clubs,
Please find attached the Guidance Notes which should be passed on to all Team Managers; the Guidance Notes explain how to logon to our website www.midherts.com and how to access Mitoo to complete the result card.
The latest version of the League Directory is also attached. You will now be able to access this online details contained in the attached guidance notes. The Directory is constantly being updated throughout the Season, so therefore please DO NOT rely on this copy.
The passwords for your Managers to access their team result cards on Mitoo will be emailed to Club Secretaries over the next week.
The League has now been sanctioned and Mitoo is live for next Season. Clubs/Teams are now able to access their fixtures for the first weekend in September together with any midweek matches for the first couple of weeks. Please advise your Managers to put their kick off times on Mitoo as soon as possible as this will enable Referee allocation, priority is given to those teams with published kick off times, which have been staggered if there is more than one team at home.
Players will not be listed on Mitoo yet, as we will be copying over the registered players in bulk just before the Season starts.
Please can I remind Clubs that the cut-off date for registrations to be collected at the handout meeting has now passed. The 2nd cut-off date is the 27th of August 2015. Any registrations received after this date may result in cards not being processed in time for the beginning of the Season. Please remember our Rules strictly state "No Card - No Play".
This will be held on Thursday the 27th of August from 7.30 pm onwards at The Shamrock Club, Ridgeway, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 2AD . Clubs will be able to collect their registration cards, match balls and match delegate bibs. Please note this is a collection night only and there will no meeting. There will be Committee members in attendance to assist with any queries.
New Club/New Teams/Mini-Soccer Meeting
This will be held on Wednesday the 2nd of September for New Clubs/New Teams/Mini-Soccer at the Shamrock Club at 8.00 pm. The meeting is to run through our Rules and show people how to use Mitoo, where to find their fixtures, referee details and how to complete a result card and answer questions.
First League Meeting
The first League meeting will be held at The Shamrock Club on the 24th of September at 8.00 pm.
The Herts FA County Cup starts on the 6th of September for the U13 and U14 age groups, fixtures are not yet showing on the County website, therefore if you do not have a League fixture you are more than likely in the County Cup on the first weekend.
