3.    If a referee is not available then the clubs are to email the referees secretary’s before 10PM on the Tuesday night with the match details, age group, venue and kick off time for their fixture ,

Dear Referees ,

Please note that we have started allocating referees to the MHRML fixtures on the Football Mitoo Web-site, can you check the web-site at regular intervals for your match allocations. Please note we have just enough referees for Saturdays but are still short of some referees for Sundays.

We will be asking the clubs to put kick off times in the web-site as soon as they are available so that where possible we can allocate one referee to two games on a Sunday, to help you and clubs succeed this season

Kind Regards

Richard

This years pre-seasons Referees meeting will be held at the Shamrock Club, Ridgeway in Welwyn Garden City on Tuesday the 6th September starting at 8pm, where myself and Phil Draper will be in attendance to address you all in readiness for the new season.

OCR will be in attendance at the meeting with a small amount of referees essentials and will be on hand to discuss any kit requirements you might have.

There is also a small bar their which they will make available to us before the meeting and afterwards for those who enjoy the social side of refereeing.

The meeting will be a question / answer type meeting & we would like everybody to attend please.

There are a number of ways the MHRML will be helping referees this season, as well as changes to the way we report on matches so it is vital that you make every effort to attend.

If you confirm your attendance via email to the following address I would be most grateful:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Please find attached the referee application form for the 2011-12 season

Can you please fill in the form and return it to Phil Draper who's address is on the top of the form - We would also like you to indicate how long you have been a qualified referee and what leagues you were on, if any, last season.

Once we have received all the forms back, we will arrange a meeting with all the referees before the start of the new season.

It will be very important that all referees who intend to referee in the MHRML this season do attend these meetings as there are a few important changes you need to be aware of.

The latest MHRML Referee Application Form can be downloaded from here.
